no special diet, no hard sport, no special medicine. just eat small portions 3 times in a day, add some activities and you will see the result.

The hardest part in losing weight not to lose it,but to keep it.I lost during corona 10 kg,and finally got my before pregnancy weight.But couldn't keep it and got back more 20😭😭😭Now trying to control myself,but not really working ...I am broken...

@Li_Ann because it's shouldn't be diet it's should be your lifestyle. I know what are you talking about because when I start lose weight I was 65 kg and want 60 then diet finish you not come back to what you have before. also don't wait for fast results. your body create new life and whole human, give time to yourself. if you want text me we can support each other

I don't sit on any diet,just love to cook and eat of course 😄 I moved in Belgium almost 10 years ago and can't deal with a food here.Too much bread,fat and sweet....
