beginning to think my scales are stuck on 89kgs ! that's a hat trick of the same weight and i am having no where near the in a day calories its allowing me.. i even dropped from 2500 tob1900 cals and still not lost weight, early days tho.. go away to Budapest for 4 nights next week ..hopefully not a lot of damaged caused...
