Woke at 219.2, up 1.6 after a rest day where I only burned 2540 calories but ate 1981. Rehydration put the water back in but it's still being retained. A bit more exercise today but no workout -- dinner and a play out will have me out late. UPDATE: Came home at 11 pm and weighed 222.0. Got some more work to do!
