I had a great workout last night! Oddly, I woke up swollen, sheesh. I am not sure what is going on with that consider that I drink at least 94 oz of water a day. Nonetheless, I am proud of myself for now loosing a total of 49 pounds. Unfortunately, FS does not let you back date. Regardless of that, I am looking forward to my next 50 pounds which would put me below the 200 mark. That would be so sweet! However, I was given some great advice to appreciate the journey and be excited for every little victory (thank you MB)! That is what I intend to do.
