Thanks for the reminder, I just went to the kitchen and got me one. 

I'm terrible at drinking water. Looks my giant glass is about 3 cups, on #5. Wonder if my weight will be less in the morning! Fingers crossed! 

I have had 2 1/2 16oz bottles of water so far. I may be able to get in 2 more before bed.  

I love adding MIO to water. That's the only way I can actually drink it.  

Gonna need to look into that debraylynn...I drink powerade zero for my sweet option. 

MIO is so good. No calories and comes in tons of great flavors.  

Only on my 5th big glass of water...this really is a challenge for me! 

I drank a 12oz bottle of Louisiana Supreme hot sauce at lunch. Made me feel saucy.  

Sometimes it's harder to get the water down if you flavor it I'm told. Just thought I'd pass that along I've never had a problem I love water but I live in a very dry climate so that helps. 

I like fizzy water and just keep a bottle nearby all the time, a mouthful now and then and it's gone faster than you think!
