beautiful red snapper I miss the Gulf caught redfish and trout such good table fare.Blackened stuffed snapper with crab and a crawfish cream sauce good golly

Oh my goodness!!!!! My hubby’s Jamaican and we live in Canada. Red snapper is very popular Jamaican cuisine. I never dreamed they could be this big. CRAZY!!!! I’m truly shocked. 😮
