Almost done with my 10 day cleanse and all is going good. I saw a spike in my weight before the cleanse but i'm trending back down. Decided to go have my blood checked on Friday and see where I am as far as my testosterone and my cholesterol is. It has been more than 6 months since my last test and I am thinking the plateau is related to this... On a side note, my sis and I are going to register for the 5k turkey trot in November.. That should be fun!
