My closest friend of many years, Bruce - died today shortly after 3 p.m. - I was there with him as was his oldest sister Cindy. I was holding his hand. I am so glad I was there with him in his last moments. He was only 49 years old, he would have been 50 on January 20th. It does not make it any easier losing him - but I am the kind of person who wants to be there when a person that is a loved one dies, and I was there with Bruce holding his hand - and for me that was the best thing I could have asked for from God in this horrible situation.

Glenn, so sorry to hear this. There really is no easy way to get thru the loss of someone close to you. Take comfort that you were there for him at the end and know we are thinking of you and sending comfort prayers.
