I'm sorry to hear about your stresses. The miscarriage is hard you don't get over those. It does help as time passes but the pain never goes. Give yourself grace try making a list of things that you're doing well rather than focusing on the things that are negative it won't make the day better but it might help you to realize how many wonderful things that you do so that you don't get so bogged down in the day. Each day is a new beginning and we have new opportunities and maybe a new bad things but they're always be new good things too we have a right and a responsibility to try take advantage of these opportunities and good things when we can. because it's not always mentally possible to take advantage though we have to take whatever tools we can to help us as well as lean on those that are around us when we can so that we can properly utilize opportunities, family structures, and pick up the pieces day by day. You are a capable person I believe in you; try to work each day so that you do too.
