I was happy this morning b/c i had lost another 1 1/2 pounds. yay! so i have lost 21 pounds all together and that is just crazy to me. i am happy!

ran 6 miles
weights w/ arms
squats & lunges b/t reps

Breakfast:
veggie omlet
1 slice grilled ham
Snack:
SB cereal bar
1 cup skim milk
Lunch:
salisbury steak
green beans
Snack:
pear
Dinner:
vegetable curry
