Dieting going well. Appetite poor due to loss of a friend last week, he passed. I am losing anyway. I guess it is part of grieving. I am making sure to get enough vitamins. The weather is cold, but it is the end of January in Massachusetts. My sisters are basically witches, do not want to communicate with me in any way, very self-absorbed 1 million per cent, I call - it is like "drop dead." They are out of my will and shall never, ever be in any future will even if I am ever worth a fortune the way they treat me. Their descendants are in it. My dad has the life insurance for now. I adopted my deceased friend's two cats - they are good animals, he would have wanted me to take them. The woman that was going to take them really could not afford them as she is poor and retired.
