My eating has been horrible lately. I haven't been feeling well and whenever I don't feel well I tend to eat a lot of junk. Well, I am feeling better today so I'm going to try to get back into the swing of things. I don't know why but I've been struggling lately having to kick myself out of bed to do my morning workout, the bad eating probably doesn't help. Well, I'm going to try to get myself back on track (again) this week and get back to it. Luckily my weight has stayed pretty much the same, and I know I would lose if I could just stick with eating better all the time. Darn food, why does junk have to taste so good???!!!
