nice, my goal now is to bulk to about 95kg, then cut to 80kg. hopefully I'll be able to achieve this goal within 4-6 months.

btw, aku cuma makan dada ayam 400gr + brocolli 120gr sama saus belibis 20gr sehari keto diet (kind of) - can't wait buat makan nasi pas nanti bulking. but I feel like I need to get used to eating carbs, otherwise I'd spend days on the toilet 😅 but anyways, the plan for the bulk is pretty straight forward and clean, 250gr protein from boiled chicken breast, 400gr of carbs from rice & tortillas (I use tortillas because I like them, I don't really like potatoes so.. yeah.) and just 150g of brocolli. this should be around 2700 cals ish?

I forgot to mention Teh Manis.. i miss teh manis bro I can't wait. I started this diet like 5 months ago before I joined this app, and I was 105kg. and now 5 months later I'm 75kg. so id say it paid off! and if anyones reading this I just wanted to say good luck, you will reach your goal with enough time & effort. stay consistent! :D
