Weight staying off - slow and steady wins with weight loss. A pound or two a week average and one gets to their goals in time. I am eating very, very light. Around 1,200 calories a day. I eat 800 calories, but another 400 calories from hidden things like lots of low calorie drinks that have 10 calories per eight ounces, and margarine, etc. (they add up fast). I take vitamins too, one has to if they're dieting.
