Well done you! i measured my calves the other day and they were nearly the same as my thighs! i have viking calves my son says. its all muscle though i do a lot of hill walking

My watch has started to flap on my wrist and even my wedding ring is getting loose.

O be careful; you don't want to be losing your wedding ring. But well done on the weight loss! You're doing really well! 😊

Thanks, ring is not that loose, but I will keep an eye on it. It has never been off my finger since the big day and I don't intend to take it off. If it gets too slack I will get a smaller, "keeper" ring to keep it in place.
