Having a bit of a tough time...I'm battling on and off stomach problems and had a cervical biopsy last week and am waiting not-so-patiently for results (should be today). My eating hasn't been the best lately but I am back at the gym daily and am really trying to get back on track. With all the stress I'm finding it a bit hard to "be good" and my weight is just plain stuck. I'm trying to be better about the water again but I just have to get out of this rut!
