week one is nearly over. weight in tomorrow morning or this morning how ever you look at it. I've not done well at all apart from one day I've been over my kcal intake but I have been burning more kcals than eating that's got to be something hasn't it. I know the hard work don't start till a week today/ tomorrow with meals etc this week for my birthday. but it has made me loads more aware of how much I am consuming and I have cut back so no wonder I got to my weight.
