Being on Diet really sucks! It's true, I don't like the idea that I cannot have all the food that I want.
I love cookies but I'm not the type of person that would go just for one, little, lonely cookie, I better skip the temptation altogether if I cannot have the whole package.
And when I'm on diet...everyone is celebrating something, free food in the office kitchen, cakes all over, people inviting me for get-together and go for a pizza!
Oh boy, sugar craving will be part of my life for long time I'm sure, but saying no to sugar is the only thing that helped me with my Binge Eating Disorder and I don't want to go to that path ever again...
