Its like self sabotage, I eat well etc but if I'm not tracking then I just don't lose much and hovering round the same weight for a few weeks put a dent in my motivation for sure. It's a lot of time working out recipes, meal plans for whole family, shop list, shopping, tracking and sometimes life takes over and last week was crazy busy and we just lived out of what was in fridge/cupboard/veggie patch and plan went out the window, but its important so I just need to get back to it. Did the new plan for this week yesterday and the mega weekly shop so its all there and I don't have to think about it now. Hope you are doing well :D, and Happy Valentines Day! <3
