Well it's early days but after falling off the wagon big time over Christmas I am feeling a little more in control.
This week I am keeping a strict food diary and listening to hypnosis tapes morning and evening. These seem to be really helpful, but only time will tell.
I went to a the funeral of a family member on Wednesday and only succumbed to the smallest piece of cake. That's the only cheat this week and I'm cross with myself because I wasnt' hungry and I didn't even really want the cake, I just felt obliged to take it when it was offered by a sweet old lady.
I've upped my water intake and am also trying some weight loss patches - goodness knows if these will help but I will try anything at this point.
So, in summary, calorie count is way down and I'm happy with that but exercising is still tricky until the problems I have with my knees are resolved. My knee problems are just another of the many reasons I want to lose weight.
