I joined mostly to keep track of where the hidden cholesterol is. I'm still learning to track my food. I realized that I missed all of yesterday. Oops. So far, I've only eaten leftover slow cooker beef pot roast from yesterday and it didn't have much cholesterol hidden in it. That was pleasing.
