When pizza is served at work there is usually a salad too. I put salad on my plate then remove the toppings from the crust & put it on top of my salad. It’s really good & I don’t feel deprived 😊

pizza hut thin and crispy large cheese pizza has 200 per slice . I order it without the cheese and sauce (don't like the taste) and instead put mushrroms, olives and other low cal toppings. According to pizza hut site, the crust has about 127 calories per slice. Easy and good meal.

Thanks everyone! Those are all great ideas. I am gluten free so it’s difficult to find pizza in general. ALDI does have a cauliflower crust uncured pepperoni that is good.

I have a friend who, along with his family, has Celiac. I've seen how hard it is to find gluten-free. My son can't have soy and that's hard, too.

I like the small high fiber pita bread to make mini pizza by heating 3 min in oven with butter spray and adding garlic salt. Then top with fat free mozzarella and low sugar marinara sauce, turkey pepperoni and bell pepper and onion

You know you could eat pizza if you want but the catch is that you can only eat once a day. Every day I lose 0.3 kg of fat but eating one meal a day every day only for the past 2 weeks and I have lost 6kg intotal.

- 1 portion of starch --> usually 200g of cooked rice
- 1 portion of food --> 150g of meat
- 1 portion of vegetable --> 100-150g of vegetable

Thiccmami— I love cheese also! That was 28 grams on that salad. Cheese makes a salad for me.
KhoaLiang— I could not eat one meal a day. I would feel like I’m starving.

Well if you're losing weight on your diet then it's a ok. The first week of OMAD was brutal but after that it's like business as usual, you won't even be hungry at breakfast or lunch LOL.
