so my weightloss was less than last week, but I think they might also be due to hardly drinking any water. Those this week's goal is to drink more water and go to gym atleast 4 times.

Water is a key ingredient to fat/weight loss. A rule of thumb is to always aim to drink at least 2L a day. I follow an eastern tradition of drinking a glass of water just before I sleep and a glass of water when I wake up. Apparently doing this has good health benefits. Some people say we shouldn't drink water before bed as it may disrupt sleep because one may have to wake up to use the loo but I think there's more positives than negatives. Give it a try :)

Thanks i will try that. I normally have a glass when i wake up but i find it so difficult to drink water, i would rather have a nice cup of coffee lol

Just chug the water. Some people fill up a 2L bottle with water and pour from it various times in the day so that by end of the day they drank 2L of water.
