I am sorry to hear that you are currently dealing with these medical issues. I think it's normal to get frustrated and revert to our old ways but try to stay positive and get back to your good eating habits. Remember losing weight is mainly what you eat - what is it they say? 80% Diet/20% Exercise? ... Well, if you are getting the 80% right then it will be easier to get back to 100% when your medical issues clear up. Good luck to you!
