I'm really pleased with how this week has turned out. I added more foods back to my diet. I've had no cravings at all. At work it was my turn to make the cakes and I didn't even want to eat one, and chocolate brownies and rocky road chunks were next to my desk all day yesterday and I didn't even consider eating a piece. It isn't normally easy to eat sensibly on work days because someone always brings in cakes and we have a regular cake day, I did suggest stopping that for a bit as over half of the department are on a 'diet', but it appears for most 'Cake Day', doesn't count.
77,5 kg Perdu jusqu'à présent: 11,5 kg.    Reste à parcourir: 9,5 kg.    Régime suivi: Raisonnablement Bien.
