I have been so busy, with the kids and husband I didn't have the energy to even journal, but tonight my kids and husband sat down to watch an old movie and I am making/measuring food for next week so that I don't get to caught up in the no time so bad food choices wheel. Feeling good - I hope the scale at work says I have lost something... anything would be great!
