Arse Kicking Works!
Who knew?
Thanks to my buddies who applied boot to bum. This morning I did 40 push-ups, 40 leg lifts, 40 crunches and then ran to work. Okay I lied-I ran a few hundred yards, doubled over in pain, walked it off, ran again, doubled over, walked it off, etc. for 2 miles. Note to self-NEVER eat egg substitute before a run, NEVER!
SU and I are going to the GRAND CANYON for TGiiving! I am so excited! How much Xanax will I need to get myself to the rim? I am deathly fearful of heights. Anyone ever been? We are staying in Sedona and spending one night at the South Rim.
My weight is still up there-I know it's partly due to pre-menstrual water retention-bah! I am doing better with food though. Keeping to light dinners more often than not and weaning myself off the frozen yogurt habit. It used to be once or twice a month, then once a week, then every other friggin' day! ENOUGH!
