I haven't posted or commented much lately...sometimes all the info posted is mind boggling. I love the fact that we all share our tips and what works for us....being so mentally, physically and metabolically different, I think each one of us must find what works for the individual. It's a process and our bodies change throughout life. It needs tweaking along the way. What worked 10 years ago may not work now. It's a journey and thank goodness we have all our buddies along for the trip. Have a great week! Eat healthy, get some fresh air and a little exercise and enjoy yourself.
