Woke at 214.0, up .2 from yesterday. Another night of fevers where I was literally up once an hour to drink a glass of water and pass the last one! But after I got up and showered and went out for some lab tests, I feel great! Maybe I should just not go to bed... One possible result of the procedure I had is constipation and that accounts for the weight. Lots going in, but... I will finish my month exactly on my 1825 per day calorie goal. I am thinking of taking the calories down further in March, to 1655 a day. That is roughly ten times my desired lean muscle mass at my target weight. Will write more on that tomorrow. UPDATE: Ate my last meal of the month. Hit my calorie goal and a macro mix of 22% carbs, 38% fat, and 40% protein.
