My weekend had birthday cake in it, so that meant my calories were up. I didn't feel well at all this weekend either, so at least I didn't feel up to eating more cake than I should have. Still not feeling well today, I think if I'd have done my workout my stomach would have killed me. Hoping for better days to come this week so I can get my workouts in.
