I was there too when I started. Shocked. Appalled. It's the perfect motivator to know why we aren't losing weight and start the scale moving in a better direction!

Salads have been my key to success. Salads with red wine vinegar on them for a light dressing. Salads with 3oz of chicken or fish or a hamburger patty broke up. My husband does salads with salsa on them. Super good for you and low cal.
