Slow but sure is the race. Hopefully all the standing on my feet today will not result in excessive fluid retention and I can see a slow steady drop in weight. Yesterday was remarkable in that I wasn't really excessively hungry. I had to stay in bed with my feet raised for half that day but then cooked and did chores in the afternoon. Needless to say, I am satisfied that the weight did not go up. Have a great day!
