Now that I have failed for the first time to officially drop a pound from first to first of the month, and now that I'm probably leveling off, it is important that I be vigilant. I don't want to undereat (I've been hungry a lot lately & consequently overeating I think), but I don't want to overeat. Be more precise in calorie values - measure more, don't over or under estimate. Be proactive - eat healthy low cal high nutrient and energy foods so the value of calories will last for more than pleasure, emotional mending, and quick fixes. Budget foods - be smart early on to save room for energy at the end of the day; drink water, drink tomato juice, eat raisins one at a time, drink bouillon, etc.
