Journal de keao, 20 sept. 11

Day 2 of a new fitter lifestyle and I'm struggling, craving sugar dr pepper mostly, have no motivation but after struggling for 3 hours I finally got my butt into gear and did 20 min zumba workout. I feel better for doing it but my energy is at a low does not help that my periods or due any minute now and I am already getting the stabbing pains :(.
My home gym is complete for now darts team bought me a gym mat, gym ball and a set of weighting scales no more having the embarrassed of weight in at the chemist. Must remember only to weight myself once a week though don't want to be constantly watching the scales. The drinking water is hard drinking so much water ahhhhh but I managed it yesterday and ill keep it up I'm a bit worried about water retention but I will see how I go with it. Im going to finish setting up my gym but I doubt I'll use it today. :(
