I just can't stay consistent! At least...not in the way I'd like. I took another month off. :( Here's my workout for today:

Jillian Michaels' Kettlebell Training
Crunches: 100
Overhead Lifts 10lb. kttlbll.: 3 sets of 10
Bicep Curls 10lb. kttlbll.: 2 sets of 10
Overhead Press 10lb. kttlbll.: 1 set of 10

Not my best....but need to quit being lazy!
