Well I knew the rapid loss last week would not last, but I did expect to do a bit better this week, especially since I'm really focused. I went for a 5 mile walk yesterday and it felt great. I look better but the scale seems to have stalled. I know the pounds come off in fits and starts. So I plan to stay the course. I put it on over the course of a year - it's not going to come off in 2 weeks, more like 6 months with a dedicated effort. Hope to see some progress on the scale tomorrow.
