Day 4 and I am so tired its unbelievable had a drink of dr pepper this morning and is was like there was a party in my mouth my energy levels went up slightly and I felt alot more alert. Unfortunately the feeling didn't last long!!! I did how ever mange 2, 20 minute Zumba classes and 10 minutes intensive weight lifting as well as 20 sit ups and 20 push ups. But had stabbing pains and craps from my period all the way though thought exercise was meant to relive you from these pains.
