This week has shown just a small reduction in weight loss. I'm happy with that....as long as I keep reducing or stay stable I'm very pleased. I am almost 1/3 of the way to my goal weight. Losing 9.5 Kilos or 20.9Pounds is a wonderful result. I am wearing clothes that I never ever dreamed of. Proud of the new body that is emerging from behind the fat. Eight weeks into my new lifestyle and I feel that this is not a diet...it's a lifestyle amendment. Being kind to my body is rewarding me daily.
