OK - so the most amazing thing has happened - I AM GETTING MARRIED IN JULY and need to lose 14 lbs - have decided to go low carb as this means I can eat at other peoples houses a bit - right now I am without a permanent base in the UK and am relying on other people's hospitality so flexibility is very important!
