Woke at 216.8, up another 6.1 after a huge eating day. Went out to eat last night and ate more in one sitting than I have in at least a month. Easter dinner today too but we got some nice exercise as we walked along Lake Erie on the Cleveland shoreline -- overall, 8K steps and 4.5 miles. Not bad for a holiday. Likely will top 220 at tomorrow morning weigh in, but will be very strict for the remaining days of this week to finish out the month on my 1655 per day calorie average.
