193 this morning! My 40 lb goal is met. Kind of thought my size 16's would be more comfortable by now, but I'm sure I'll get there. 170 is my ultimate goal at the moment, but 40 lbs was my original hope....in time for my NY trip (3 weeks away). Feels good!

Thanks!Somehow I've hit a streak this week...losing faster than I have the last couple of months, and the odd thing is I've actually consumed a few more calories than usual.
