I have the same exact issue...I need an alarm clock without a snooze...starting next week, going to try to get up at the same time I have to to start the new job. up at 6, work out, shower by 645 and leave the house by 820. this is after a year and half of sleeping till 8 or so and then slowly working my way into the day. Good luck and lets keep each other accountable...
