Even being sick I was able to stay on my plan. Turkey Breast cooked in a crock pot, green beans , homemade stuffing and mashed potatoes. I ate the right size portions and that is key. Measure. Measure and then consume. Not a lot of water today. but I will recover from that . Beyond this sinus crud I am happy with how may plan is going . Even with the nerves I have with a family situation. if you pray , Pray for me that I can help my Dad through this transition and that the results will be good for him and the rest of the family.
