Hey Tanya49's i totally understand how you are feeling - i felt the exact same this weekend but seeing even the slightest change made a huge difference to me - as long as there is improvement there is hope!! Go Tanya Go - i know you can do it!!!

Tanya- Girl you are all the motivation to alot of us on FatS, a bad weekend will happen to all of us and to some every weekend so forget about the small gain , and get your self ready for this week as I need your motivation as you can see I have gained alot and need to lose at least 2kgs this week so come girl we can do this.
