After starting and sticking to my reboot last Thursday and Friday, this is some of what I ate on the weekend! Actually this was a small serving I ate from the leftovers on Sunday.
What people find really amazing is that I ate this and have already dropped to a lower weight than last Thursday's official weight :)
I am posting this to make people not lose hope and to influence more people to engage and try the methods I am using to achieve weight loss since it is unheard of to most people.
