I know today I won't be able to keep to fasting rules, as I'm getting together with my friends after work & that means WINE!!!! At least my week was pretty good, so I don't mind letting my hair down for today!

Crossfit today:

EMOM 15 - Power snatches (1 or 2) I did 2 reps with a lighter weight.

5 rounds:

20 Reverse lunges
15 Pendlay rows
10 Push-ups
5 Strict pull-ups (In my case - ring rows)

Be relentless!!! Have a rad weekend everyone!!!

Try keeping it as long as possible and it will still count :) Sometimes I break my Friday Fasting at dinnertime and it still makes a good difference :D Enjoy your weekend too!
