I don't know what is wrong with me when it comes to losing this weight. I keep telling myself and others that I have to lose it, for my health and so I can watch my grandchildren grow up. I am so far behind on seeing my friends's posts. I seen Jovial was having a hard time with snacking in Jan. and I have that problem, only in the night hours. I started a diabetic shot that helps with my blood sugar and its also a weight loss helper. I've been on it a week and a half now. If I could just start the exercises for at least a couple days of the week.

You can make it manageable and move 10 or 15 minutes at a time!! Any movement is so healthy and will help!!

LadyGoblyn, I've heard many times here you can't outrun a bad diet. That is, the exercise will help with mobility but may not make a huge impact in your weight. Do you have a pool available to you? We have a pretty decent municipal pool that has classes and open times to do whatever you want. I find that just walking briskly in the water makes me feel better all over! Plus, it seems to be really good for reducing edema in my leg. Sooooo....I know this all sounds easier than it may really be but track your food, move a little every day in a way that feels good and concentrate on getting the best nutrition you can with everything you eat. Best of luck and KNOW that you can do this!!
