Tonight I plan on going out to dinner, having a drink (or 2) and eating cake(1 small piece)
it's my birthday and I'm not gonna feel guilty about it :-)

thanks for all the birthday wishes! i had a great day, the weather was perfect, spent most of it outside working(playing) in the garden...dinner was fantastic, spinach and cheese manicotti with 2 glasses of wine...i lifted the second glass and said cheers to Suzy in Greece ;-) i was able to keep myself to one piece of cake and i enjoyed every bite. Today it's back with the program. Enjoy your Sunday :)
