No change this week which is good as it's been a bad week. First my son is super sick with the flu followed by DH. I haven't gotten a good night's sleep all week. Which leads to no workouts. Oh, well hopefully, everyone will get on the mend soon and then we'll get better sleep too.

Yes Glen, it was a bummer of a week, listening to them both cough up a lung a night time, wincing with them as they cough, knowing it hurts. You wish you could take their place, especially for my son.
