I was doing okay staying under 2000 until we ate out and then I didn't go over too much. Didn't lose anything this week (mostly due to not being able to say no to dessert that church members keep making and giving to us). I am not usually a late night snacker but those desserts were calling my name, LOUDLY. I think the lack of weight loss wasn't because of eating too much since I still stayed within a decent calorie intake but because I ate the snacks so late at night. That has to end. I have never been a late night snacker and I don't want to start that bad habit when I am working so hard to end others.
